Casa Terraza is centrally located between numerous beaches in Matapalo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have A/C and all showers have HOT WATER. The main floor features a spacious living area and fully stocked kitchen, a primary queen suite with attached bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Take the front stairs up to a magnificent covered terrace and an additional king suite with private bathroom. Enjoy the plunge pool after a day of visiting nearby beaches and experiencing all the local adventures. There is an attached laundry room with washer and dryer available for guests to use. The grounds are fully gated with room for one vehicle to park inside. Casa Terraza is the perfect blend of pura vida vibes and endless amenities!

No drugs or parties allowed. No smoking in the house. Do not flush any toilet paper or sanitary products as Costa Rican septic systems are not capable of handling these items.

Casa Terraza is on the main road, which makes it easy to find. Sometimes rain can cause road conditions to be rough, so while a 4x4 is not necessary an SUV is recommended. Casa Terraza is fully gated and there is a security camera on the front porch and terrace as an additional safety precaution. Casa Terraza is located in a true Tico neighborhood and is next to a farm, so you will see and hear animals including cattle, horses, and chickens in addition to tropical birds and howler monkeys.
